Who we are
medep is the brand of the software for club medical departments. The medep.ai website and the apps belong to Gesbe Saúde, Lda., Portuguese tax number (NIF) 519464290, with its registered office at Rua Simão Bolívar, 123 - Loja 47, 4470-214 Maia, Portugal. Contact: info@medep.ai.
This website
It doesn’t use cookies or analytics tools, and it doesn’t store personal data in your browser.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data from each visit, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks.
Demo requests
When you request a demo, we keep your name, role, club and its tax number, email, phone number, preferred time and any notes you write. We only use this data to contact you and arrange the demo, at your request, before any contract.
Requests are stored on servers in the European Union (Supabase) and the notification to the medep team is sent by email (Brevo). We keep each request for as long as we need it to follow up.
If the request comes from a medep partner’s link, or from an invitation from an athlete or another club, we also keep that code, so we know who recommended medep and can apply the rules of the partner and invitation programmes. Whoever recommended medep doesn’t receive the details of your request.
If you write to us
We only use your email and what you send us to reply and follow up on your request. We keep the correspondence for as long as it’s needed for the request or to meet legal obligations.
The apps
The club app and the athlete app have their own terms and privacy policy, shown before you create an account. In the club app, each club is the controller of its athletes’ data and medep processes it on the club’s behalf.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict its processing or to object to it, by emailing privacidade@medep.ai. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt), or to the Spanish one, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
